नगरपालिका विरुद्ध वडा अध्यक्षको उजुरी
कालीकोट– खाँडाचक्र नगरपालिकाका वडा अध्यक्षहरुले नगरपालिका बिरुद्ध उजुरी दिएका छन् । नगर प्रमुख कमल बहादुर शाही र नगर उपप्रमुख गणेश बहादुर शाही बिरुद्ध बिहिबार उच्च अदालत सुर्खेत जुम्ला ईजलासमा मुद्दा गर्दा भएको छ । खाँडाचक्र नगरपालिकाले असार १० गते साझ करिव २ घण्टा नगरसभाको उद्घाटन मात्र गरेर नगरसभा सम्पन्न भएको जनाएको थियो ।
उद्घाटन शत्रमा गरिएको माइनुटमै नगरप्रमुख र उपप्रमुखले आर्थिक बर्ष २०८०/०८१ को बजेट बनाएर सार्वजनिक गरेको आरोप छ । सार्वजनिक गरिएको बजेटमा वडाका कुनै पनि योजना नसमेटीएको,मनोमानि बजेट ल्याएको, जन्तामुखि नभइ जनप्रतिनिधि मुलक बजेट बनाएको लगायतका बिषयमामा नगरपालिकाका ११ जना वडा अध्यक्षको समर्थनमा ९ जनाले मुद्दा दिएका हुन् ।
अघिल्लो कार्यकालका जनप्रतिनिधिले खर्च गरेको बजेट तिर्नु पर्ने भन्दै आर्थिक बर्ष २०७९/२०८० मा कुनै पनि ठुला योजनामा काम नगरेको नगपालिकाले यस बर्ष पनि ५ करोड भन्दा बढी पुरानो तिर्नु देखाएको छ । स्थानीय सरकार संचालन ऐन अनुसार नगर प्रमुख र उप प्रमुखले कुनै पनि कार्य नगरेकाले अदालत सम्म पुग्नु परेको वडा नं. ६ का अध्यक्ष दिनेश बहादुर शाहीले बताउनु भयो । वडा नं. १ का कार्यवहाक अध्यक्ष भदे्र कामी सहतका वडा अध्यक्षहरुले रिट दायर गर्नु हो ।
