कालीकोट- जुम्लाको तिलागाउँपालिकाका तत्कालीन निमित्त प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृत हरिश्चन्द्र नेपाली सार्की सहित ६ जना बिरुद्ध अक्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगले बिषेश अदालतमा आरोप पत्र दायर गरेको छ । उपभोक्ता समिति संगको मिलोमोतोमा निमित्त प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृत, इन्जिनियर जनक रोकाय, सवइन्जिनियर प्रेम बहादुर बस्नेतले आ.व. २०७५/०७६ को तिला गाउपालिका वडा नं १ स्थित नाग्मा पार्क उद्यान निर्माण योजनामा ५,४५,४१९।२४ रुपैया गलत प्राविधिक मूल्याङ्कन प्रतिवेदन तयार गरी अपचलन गरेकाे उल्लेख छ ।
साथै, नाग्मा पार्क तथा उद्यान निर्माण उपभोक्ता समितिका अध्यक्ष नन्द बहादुर बुढा, सचिव अर्जुन बुढा र कोषाध्यक्ष दिलधरा दमाईले योजनाको सम्झौता पत्रमा सहीछाप गरी कार्य सुरु गरेकाे उल्लेख छ । निर्माण कार्य सम्पन्न भएको भनी उपभोक्ता समितिले कार्यसम्पन्न प्रतिवेदन, विल भरपाई, डोरहाजिरी लगायतका कागजात पेश गरेको तर शर्त एवं सम्झौताविपरीत कार्य नगरी भए गरेको भनि कार्यभन्दा बढी मूल्याङ्कन गरी गराई निजहरुले जम्मा रु.५,४५,४१९।२४ बढी भुक्तानी लिएको देखिएकाे छ । निजहरु नन्द बहादुर बुढा, अर्जुन बुढा र दिलधरा दमाईले भ्रष्टाचार निवारण ऐन, २०५९ को दफा ८ को उपदफा (४) बमोजिमको कसुर गरेको हुँदा निजहरुलाई बिगो रु.५,४५,४१९।२४ (पाँच लाख पैत्तालीस हजार चार सय उन्नाइस रुपैयाँ चौबीस पैसा) कायम गरी सोही ऐनको दफा ८ को उपदफा (४) बमोजिम सजाय गरी बिगो समेत जफत हुन मागदावी लिई आइतबार बिशेष अदालत, काठमाडौंमा आरोपपत्र दायर गरिएको छ।
