कालिकोट- पलाँतामा गोजु-रियो कराँते मार्सलको प्रशिक्षण सुरु भएको छ । भर्खरै सुरु गरिएको प्रशिक्षणमा प्रशिक्षक पुर्व जनमुक्ति सेनाका बटालियन कमान्डर सर्जन बुढाले प्रशिक्षण दिइरहेका छन् । जनयुद्धको राप र तापमा हजारौं लडाइँ लडेर नथाकेका पाण्डप शान्ति प्रक्रिया पछि गोजु-रियो कराँतेको 3rd Dan (sensei) भएर अहिले आफ्नै पालिकामा प्रशिक्षण दिइरहेका हुन् । २०५३ देखी २०५६ सालको बिचमा मार्सल आर्ट सिकेका पाण्डप आजकाल बिहान  सरस्वती मा बि थिर्पुको प्राङ्गणमा देखिन्छन् । निरन्तर २० जना प्रशिक्षार्थीलाई प्रशिक्षण दिईरहेका छन् । सयौं लडाइँमा घाइते भएका पाण्डप मार्सल आर्टको गुरु मात्र होइन ऊनी एक सफल स्टेसनरी व्यवसायी र पलाँताका माओवादी नेता समेत हुन् । सानै उमेरमा जनयुद्धमा लागेका पाण्डप भन्छन्,

आत्मरक्षा, आत्मविश्वास र अनुशासन यसको प्रमुख उद्देश्य हो। मार्सल आर्ट खेल्दा रक्तसञ्चार र श्वास–प्रश्वासको संयोजन राम्रो हुने हुनाले बौद्धिक विकासमा यसको प्रत्यक्ष प्रभाव रहन्छ । बढ्दो उमेरका बालबालिकाको शरीर राम्ररी विकास हुन्छ । लचकता बढ्छ । स्मरण शक्ति पनि तेजिलो बनाउँछ । गुरु र अग्रजलाई सम्मान गर्ने संस्कार विकास गर्न ठूलो भूमिका खेल्छ । जो मान्छे पहिला आक्रामक हुन्छ । त्यो मान्छे पनि मार्सल आर्ट सिकेपछि क्रमशः अनुशासित हुँदै जान्छ । शारीरिक अभ्यास नगरेका व्यक्तिले भन्दा कसरत गर्नेले पौष्टिक आहारमा ध्यान दिनुपर्ने हुन्छ । खानामा रुचि बढाउँछ । सन्तुलित रूपमा खाने बानीको विकास गराउँछ । समय व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्छ र सामाजिक रूपमा नेतृत्वदायी भूमिका निर्वाह गर्न सघाउँछ । यसलाई थप बढावा दिन र निरन्तर प्रशिक्षण दिन सम्भव कत्तिको छ भन्ने प्रश्नमा ऊनी भन्छन् जिल्ला खेलकुद र पालिका खेलकुदले केही आर्थिक सहयोगको ब्यवस्थापन मिलाए निरन्तर खटिन सकिने बताउँछन् ।

I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing. I have had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.
