कालीकोट– यहाँको खाँडाचक्र नगरपालिकाका स्थानीय नागरिकले एक हप्ता देखि सिफारिस पाउन सकेका छैनन् । काम गर्ने वातावरण नभएको भन्दै वडा अध्यक्षहरुले रातो कलम र छाप नगरपालिकामा बुझाएपछि स्थानीय नागरिकले सिफारिस पाउन छाडेका हुन् । कार्यालय समयमा कर्मचारी कार्यालयमा नबस्ने, सम्पन्न भएका योजनाको समयमा भुक्तानी नहुने, कार्यपालीका नियर्ण अनुसार काम नहुने गरेकाले बाध्य भएर नगरपालिका न्यायीक समिति संयोजक गणेश बहादुर शाहीलाई बैसाख १४ गते ११ जना वडा अध्यक्षले संयुक्त छाप र कलम बुझाएका थिए ।
वडा बाट सिफारिस आउन रोकीएपछि नगरपालिकामा पनि काम हुन छाडेको छ । केहि कर्मचारीहरु नगरपालिका आउने हाजिर लाउने र घर फर्किने काम भइरहेको छ । नगर उपप्रमुख र वडा अध्यक्ष बसेर समस्याको समाधान खोज्नु पर्यो भन्दा नगरप्रमुख नआउदा सम्म बैठक नबस्ने वडा अध्यक्षहरुले अडान लिएको प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी जोरासिंह माझीले बताउनु भयो । आर्थिक बर्ष २०८१/२०८२ का लागि नीति तथा कार्यक्रम तयारी गर्ने समय नजिकिदै गर्दा नगरपालिका प्रमुख कमल बहादुर शाही मन्त्रालयको कामका लागि काठमाडौं गएको नगरपालिकाका सूचना अधिकारी मोहन महराले बताउनु भयो ।
