कालीकोट — आगामी मंसिर ४ गते हुन लागेको प्रतिनिधिसभा तथा प्रदेशसभा निर्वाचनका लागि जुम्लामा मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकृतको कार्यालय स्थापना भएको छ । जिल्ला समन्वय समितिका प्रमुख गौरीनन्द आचार्यले मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकृतको कार्यालय स्थापना गरेका हुन् । समन्वय समितिका प्रमुख आचार्यले जनतामाझ प्रतिनिधिसभा र प्रदेशसभा निर्वाचनको सन्देश पुगिसकेको बताउनु भयो । उहाँले भन्नु भयो, ‘निर्वाचन प्रजातन्त्रको आधार स्तम्भ हो । निर्वाचन स्वच्छ, भयरहित वातावरणमा सकाउन सबै हातेमालो गर्न जरुरी छ ।’जुम्ला जिल्ला अदालतमा मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकृतको कार्यालय स्थापना गरिएको छ । मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकृतमा जिल्ला न्यायधीश विष्णुप्रसाद गौतम नियुक्त हुनु भएको छ । उनलाई प्रतिनिधिसभाको एक र प्रदेशसभाको दुई निर्वाचन क्षेत्र हेर्ने जिम्मेवारी दिइएको छ । प्रतिनिधिसभा र प्रदेशसभाको निर्वाचनमा बुथ कब्जा हुने सम्भावना भएकाले सुरक्षामा विशेष ध्यान दिन जिल्ला समन्वय समितिका प्रमुख आचार्यले सुझाव दिनु भएको छ ।
प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी मुकेश केसरीले निर्वाचनलाई निष्पक्ष र भयरहित बनाउनु सबै राजनीतिक दलहरुको महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका हुनेमा जोड दिनु भयो । उहाँले भन्नु भयोे, ‘एकीकृत सुरक्षा योजना निर्माण गरेर निर्वाचनको बेला शान्ति सुरक्षा कायम गरिने छ । ट्रेड युनियनमा आबद्ध भई सक्रिय रुपमा राजनीतिमा लागिपरेका निजामति कर्मचारीलाई निर्वाचन प्रक्रियामा सहभागि गराइने छैन ।’
