कालीकोट– संबिधान दिवस मनाउन मंगलबार बिहान आयोजना गरिएको सरसफाइ कार्यक्रम निर्धारित समयमा सुरु नभएपछि महाबै गाउँपालिका अध्यक्ष खेमबहादुर सिंह बाहिरिएका छन् । जिल्ला सदरमुकाम रहेको खाँडाचक्र नगरपालिका १ मान्म बजार जिरोपइन्ट बाट ७ः३० बजे सुरु गर्ने भनिएको कार्यक्रम ८ बजे सम्म पनि संचालन नभएपछि कार्यक्रमबाट बाहिरिएको अध्यक्ष सिंहले बताए । तोकिएको समयमा उपस्थित नहुनु पनि समयको भ्रष्टचार हाे सिंहले भने । जिल्लामा समयको महत्व बुझ्न सिष्टम बसाल्न पर्ने सिंहको भनाइ छ ।
केहि दिन अघि जिल्ला समन्वय समितिले आयोजना गरेको आर्थिक बर्ष २०७९/२०८० को बार्षिक समिक्षा गोष्ठीमा कार्यालय प्रमुख र जिम्मेवार कर्मचारी नभएको प्रति कडा आक्रोस पोखेका सिंहले समय सिकाउन कर्मचारी घडी उपहार दिनु पर्ने बताए । संबिधान दिवसको अवसरमा जिल्ला स्थीत सरकारी तथा गैह् सरकारी कार्यालयका कर्मचारी, नेपाली सेना, नेपाल प्रहरी, नागरिक समाज, पत्रकार र स्थानीयहरुले जिल्ला सदरमुकाम मान्म बजारकाे सरसफाई गरेका छन् ।
