यसअघि सुर्खेत,नेपालगञ्ज र काठमाडौंका सुविधा सम्पन्न अस्पतालसम्म पुगेर मिर्गौला रोगीहरुले डायलासिस सेवा लिइरहेका थिए ।सरकारले कर्णाली स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान प्रतिष्ठान शिक्षण अस्पताल जुम्लालाई ६ वटा डायलासिस मेसिन दिइएको छ । जसमध्ये दुई मेसिन मात्र प्रयोगमा ल्याइएको छ । बिरामीको चाप अनुसार मेसिनहरु जडान गरेर सञ्चालनमा ल्याइने अस्पतालले जनाएको छ ।
